Molendinar Park Housing Association (MPHA) has welcomed two new members of staff to its team. Alexis Cosgrove has joined the Association as senior housing officer and Natalie O’Raw as corporate services officer.

Heart of Bucks has announced the appointment of Henry Allmand to the position of CEO effective from 30 September 2019. Henry takes over the role from Peter Costello who left to follow his long-held dream of relocating to Scotland.

Homes England deputy chief executive is leaving for a government role. Tome Walker was seconded to the role of deputy chief executive and director of strategy at the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) in autumn 2017, just before Homes England was first formed. He has no moved back to Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to become its Acting Director General for Decentralisation and Growth.

A new care home in Bracknell has appointed a home manager ahead of its official opening in January next year. Erika Smith has been appointed as the home manager of the new care home Bickerton House on Warfield Road.

The UK’s largest housing association has appointed David Avery as its group chair. Mr Avery is currently chair of Clarion Housing Association, the group’s housing association subsidiary, but will now take over at the group level from Neil Goulden, who is stepping down after a nine-year term. Mr Avery has been on the group’s board since Clarion was formed through the mega-merger of Affinity Sutton and Circle Housing in 2016.

The head of Fife’s health and social care partnership is to leave his post after a challenging year for the service. Michael Kellet’s will depart at the end of July to take on a new role around Brexit and the constitution with the Scottish Government.
