Interim HealthCare, a national home care, hospice and health care staffing franchise company, has expanded its executive leadership team. David Waltzer has been named chief financial officer for Interim and its parent company, Caring Brands International. Caring Brands, which also encompasses UK-based Bluebird Care and Australia-based Just Better Care brands, has more than 530 franchise locations in seven countries.

A Prestwich GP has been appointed as the new chair of NHS Bury Clinical Commissioning Group. Dr Jeffrey Schryer, who works a Whittaker Lane Medical Centre, will take over the role from Dr Kiran Patel from April 1, for a three year term.

The chief executive of a 27000-home association has announced his retirement. Mr Dacey is a former chair of the G15 group of London’s largest housing associations. He began his career as a trainee housing manager for Merseyside Improved Houses. He went on to work at Liverpool Housing Trust followed by West Pennine Housing Association, where he was group chief executive until 1995. He joined Samuel Lewis Trust, now Southern Housing Group, in 1995.
