Helen Rourke has left her post as Director of Finance and Company Secretary at Bradford-based Manningham Housing Association. She has now taken up the position of Executive Director – Finance with Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group.

Housing association Castle Rock Edinvar has appointed Neil Ross as director of placemaking opportunities. He was previously business development manager at partner organisation Places for People Developments, which is also part of the Places for People Group.

Fiona Maguire has been appointed as the new asset and development manager for Rural Stirling Housing Association.

Bupa has appointed Cath Keers as a non-executive director to its Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 November.

Independent Doctors Federation (IDF) chief executive Sue Smith will be leaving the post in November. Smith, whose contract is coming to an end, started at the federation three years ago when she was tasked with carrying out and implementing a strategic review.

Nicola Brooks, the Vice-chair of not-for-profit care village operator, Belong, has been appointed Chair of the organisation.

A Welsh housebuilder has made a number of new appointments as it looks to fuel growth plans. New hires include senior land manager Sam Oliver to head up the Land & Partnerships acquisition function to secure immediate land opportunities for mixed tenure and affordable family housing, PRS, extra care and retirement living developments across North West England and North Wales. Other appointments include contracts manager Bob Heaton; quantity surveyor Jack Donald; design co-ordinator Simon Maxwell and architectural technologist Kevin Shone

Retirement villages provider Audley Group has appointed Nick Edwards as its new chief operating officer. Edwards will take on the role in December and will be the first person to hold this newly created post, reporting to Audley Group chief executive, Nick Sanderson.
