Susan Hickey, chief financial officer at Peabody, will leave the organisation in early 2020, the housing association has announced.

Conservative MP Jo Churchill has been named the new minister for primary care as part of Boris Johnson’s recent cabinet reshuffle. As parliamentary under-secretary of state at the Department of Health and Social Care, Ms Churchill’s remit will also cover prevention and public health. Additionally, Nadine Dorries has been confirmed as health minister responsible for mental health, suicide prevention and patient safety.

Matt Herring, who joined Kingsley in 2010 as a chartered accountant, becomes Head of Corporate Finance and also takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer for Kingsley Home Care Services.

The chair of Homes England has stepped down from the organisation to take up the role of chief strategic advisor to prime minister Boris Johnson.

Andy Brown departed from the 95,000-home landlord L&Q last week, leaving the post vacant. The reasons for Mr Brown’s departure have not been stated.

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership says Anthony Read will lead its board from 17 September. He will replace Lynda Bowen, who was appointed on an interim basis in April after the previous incumbent, Stephen Savage, resigned.

Nicky Connor has been appointed as the interim director of health and social care for the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership.
