Julie Mason, payroll manager at PM+M – the Blackburn-based chartered accountancy, business advisory and wealth management group – has been named as a founding member of the newly-formed Payroll Bureau Association. The organisation, which is made up of some of the country’s leading payroll bureau professionals, has been launched to provide a support network for members, including lobbying HMRC on legislative and technical issues, and promoting professional qualifications to enhance standards. It held its inaugural meeting this month.
