A new chairman has been appointed at the Wilmslow-headquartered Four Seasons Health Care group, following Ian Smith’s decision to step down from the board after four years in the role. Robbie Barr, who is currently chairman of ODEON & UCI Cinemas and was until recently deputy chairman of the supervisory board of Deutsche Annington and a director of AWAS, will take over the position at the group, which is owned by Guy Hand’s private equity firm Terra Firma.
