The newly-appointed manager of a Wantage care home set to open later this month said she wants to make it a place residents are “proud to call their home”. Carla Kell has been appointed by Care UK to lead the team at Charlton Lodge, which is set to open on Monday, October 28. Ms Kell brings more than 31 years of experience in the care sector to her new role.
