The managing director of a private equity-backed social housing contractor has become the latest executive to leave the business, which is emerging from a major restructure. Bolton-headquartered Forrest, which provides essential refurbishment and responsive maintenance services to the social housing market across the North of England, made about 30 redundancies as part of a restructuring to focus on growth markets. It also emerged that Lee McCarren had left his post as chief executive by “mutual agreement” in March. A newly filed directors’ report for Herbert T Forrest Ltd has now revealed that managing director Mark Lyons resigned as a director.
