The chief executive of Northern Ireland’s housing association representative body is set to leave to take over at the helm of a specialist older people’s landlord. The Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Association’s (NIFHA) chief executive Cameron Watt will become chief executive of Alpha Housing in late March.
