The chief executive of Bromford housing association, Philippa Jones, is set to leave, the association has confirmed. The Midlands-based association yesterday completed the first of two planned mergers, with the smaller South West-based Merlin. Robert Nettleton, who was chief executive of Merlin, will take over at the merged organisation, which will manage 40,000 homes.
