Build to Rent boutique apartment brand Kooky has announced the appointment of Stewart Moore as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Stewart’s experience in the real estate sector covers asset and operational strategy and design, branding, marketing and strategic operations and positioning. Stewart was most recently Chief Customer Officer at integrated retirement villages (IRCs) operator, Retirement Villages Group (RVG). Prior to joining RVG, he was Chief Executive Officer of independent student accommodation management brand, CRM Students.
