Belong’s former Finance Director, Tracey Stakes, has assumed the role of Chief Executive and former Operations Director, Tracy Paine, has been promoted to Deputy Chief Executive, following the retirement of Nick Dykes. Chris Hughes has also been appointed as Chief Finance Officer.
