A newly merged housing association has appointed an acting chair. Lynda Bowen is due to step into the role later this year, having previously worked as LHP’s vice-chair. The move follows the resignation of Stephen Savage, who has spent four years at the helm of LHP. During this time the organisation has undergone major change, and the board has guided the merger of Shoreline Housing Association in North East Lincolnshire and Mayflower in Boston. The new 12,700-home organisation was formed in April last year.
