A care home boss who allowed elderly residents to “engage in sexual activity” and sleep on dirty sheets has been banned from running care homes again. Bernice Jaumotte, 64, used to run the Amber House care home in Abergele. The Care Council for Wales (CCW) said there were “widespread and significant failings”.
