A new non-executive member has been appointed to the Homes and Communities Agency’s Regulation Committee. The appointment follows an open competition conducted by the Department for Communities and Local Government. Former Guinness Partnership CEO Simon Dow joins the committee with immediate effect. Meanwhile, Jonathan Adlington is standing down after three years’ service. Simon Dow is also Executive Chairman of the London Housing Foundation.
