A former London-based chartered surveyor has left the corporate world for business by becoming a franchisee for Promedica24 and is said to have already become a valued member of the chain; just three months after joining. Angela Mewis, who has operated the Promedica24 franchise in Surrey since January, said she decided to “escape the rat race” of corporate life and become a franchisee for the live-in care provider because it offered the “best of both worlds; my hard work benefits me and I’m doing something worthwhile to help those truly in need in the community”.
